Information you choose to provide
The project form requests your name, email, project type and business problem. Business name, phone, website, desired capabilities, timeline and additional details are optional. Do not submit passwords, payment information or sensitive customer records.
How an inquiry is used
Your brief is stored privately in WordPress for authorized administrators to review and respond to your inquiry. A notification is sent through the hosting email system to the configured administrative recipient. The notification links to the private dashboard rather than including the full brief. The form does not enroll you in an automated marketing sequence.
Technical processing and cookies
The hosting provider may process ordinary access and security logs, including connection information. The intake uses a temporary keyed hash of the connecting IP address for rate limiting; it does not add the raw IP address to your brief. WordPress security checks protect submissions. Administrator sign-in uses WordPress authentication cookies. This custom implementation adds no advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. GoDaddy hosting separately injects its Real User Metrics script to measure website performance. That hosting-provided script is present on this site and can process visit and browser-performance information; it is not part of the custom intake plugin.
Retention and service providers
Private briefs are scheduled for removal after 90 days. Cleanup depends on WordPress scheduled tasks running and may not happen at the exact 90-day boundary. Records needed for a continuing engagement may be handled separately under that engagement. Hosting backups can retain earlier copies until those backups expire or are removed. Hosting and email providers necessarily process information to operate the service; this is not a promise of end-to-end encrypted messaging.
Your choices
Provide only the information needed to discuss your project. To request access, correction or deletion of a brief, use the contact form and identify the request without adding sensitive documents. Identity verification may be necessary before releasing or deleting information. A privacy request does not require starting a paid project.
Future integrations
No Lynx AI interface is currently connected to this form. If future functionality changes how personal information is processed, the relevant disclosure and controls should be updated before that functionality is activated.
